Report Claims GTA 6 File Size Could More Than Double GTA 5
A report suggests GTA 6 could require more than double the file size of GTA 5, though specific storage figures and official verification remain unavailable.
A recent news headline titled "GTA 6 file size could be more than double GTA 5's" suggests that the upcoming open-world title may demand significantly more storage capacity than its predecessor. Published by The News, the report asserts that the overall installation footprint could exceed twice the size of Grand Theft Auto V.
Beyond this broad comparative claim, there is insufficient evidence provided in the source material to support or verify exact technical data. The headline and item offer no specific storage metrics in gigabytes, no platform-specific breakdowns, and no official commentary or confirmation from developer Rockstar Games or parent company Take-Two Interactive.
Without explicit technical documentation or a formal announcement from Rockstar Games detailing installation requirements, claims concerning the final file size of Grand Theft Auto VI remain unverified speculation. Readers should await official technical specifications regarding hardware and storage requirements ahead of the game's release.
